I'm afraid most middle and upper class people would not like to increase the taxation rate, they would rather buy an insurance with that 5%-10% salary. The poor would then to agree, because they paid the least and get the most if the taxation increase. It's for discussion, no offence to your choice. to frostig:

Most of the working medicines are not expensive. The very expensive medicine are new medicine and not quite proven of their efficacy. I don't think doctors leave the HA because of no expensive drugs to use. Most people leave because of frustration. sam,
